\nHamish has been in the industry for the past 30 years, holding positions as CEO, COO and board member in various airlines in Europe, Africa and the Americas. Over the years he has been involved in over 30 startups and restructuring projects, and due diligence exercises. He specializes in airline strategy, fleet management, aircraft leasing, airline finance and process improvement. \nRichard has in-depth knowledge of the future of Air Traffic Control and Airport operations having\u00a0managed award-winning European Research (SESAR) and operational projects for World renowned\u00a0organizations such as Eurocontrol, NATS (UK), Belgocontrol (Belgium) and DSNA (France) since 1993.
\nRichard is currently managing a large Airspace Design change for Thailand, bringing in the latest\u00a0concepts to support Airline and Airport demand up to 2035.
